Faruk Saraç was born in Urfa in 1955. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Urfa. In 1973, he made his way to Istanbul.
He graduated from Marmara University English Department. In 1981, he opened his first shop as Butik Faruk in Kadıköy Opera Bazaar.
In 1991, he started Haute Couture in Nişantaşı.
In 1997, Faruk Saraç collected ready-to-wear and Haute Cauture and opened the fashion center in Levent, Istanbul.
In 1991, he brought the logo application to TVs first.
1993-1994 season, Fenerbahce football team designed the uniform.
In 1994, he designed the clothes of the National Football Team and became the first clothes sponsor.
In addition, he designed costumes for almost 45 theater and TV series.
Turkey won the men’s fashion Saraç the unusual colors, now, was like a gift to the fashion world the concept of thematic fashion shows.
SARI ZEYBEK’s collection, which combined her profession with her artistic personality, was illuminated on November 10, 1998 on the 60th anniversary of Atatürk with a magnificent show in the examination hall of Dolmabahçe Palace. During his lifetime, Atatürk was again in Dolmabahçe with his clothes reflecting his youth, courage, genius, mind and taste. This great show was also made in Anıtkabir.
On October 10, 2000, he presented 36 Ottoman Sultans, 6 Valide Sultans and Şehzade clothes and 700 pieces which were named as Esvabı by the Sultan with a historical show in Topkapı Palace Aya İrini.
In 2001, he designed the Golden Wings film.
In 2002, with the fashion show named Smiling Children organized for TOÇEV benefit, it exhibited a collection of 430 pieces.
In 2003, the collection of 550 pieces was exhibited and all the income of the show was donated to the Foundation for Children with Leukemia Foundation.
In 2004, the entire income of the fashion show organized for the benefit of Darüşşafaka, which was named Benin Adım Gelecek, was passed on to the education of children whose fathers were not alive, capable, hard working and limited economic opportunities.
In 2005, the Mystery and Real themed fashion show, organized for the benefit of TEV, took place at Swissotel.
On April 10, 2006, at the 161st Anniversary of the Turkish Police Organization, he presented his 700-piece collection from the past to the present in Çırağan Palace. The clothes were donated to the Ankara Police Museum. It is still on display.
Then the corporate work began.
Corporate activities include, Turkey General Directorate of Security Police, the Gendarmerie, Turkish State Railways, Ministry of Health, IETT, Ministry of Forestry, Turkish Airlines, AFAD, UMKE is located in the Ministry of Culture.

After this success in fashion, he founded his own fashion school. Faruk Saraç should have lived not only as a brand but as a school. He had to pass on her experiences to future generations under the umbrella of a school, raising fashion designers who knew how to touch people’s hearts.
Founded in the 19th century in Bursa, Fabrika-i Humayun building, at the end of a long and arduous process of renovation to serve this purpose, Turkey’s first design profession with high school, as Faruk Sarac Design Vocational School 2010 – 2011 period education took place in the world of teaching.
Faruk Saraç realized that he was about to leave 38 years in his professional life in one of the moments when he thought the meaning of his existence in the infinite universe and the end of his life.
As he shared his accumulation and what life gave him, he believed that the more human beings brought our culture to the catwalks, the greater the human values and the richness of the soul.
